Used Goods
All used games must be the European version and include Box, Box Sleeve, instructions and working mmc game. We withhold the right to refuse any used game. A receipt for each game will be asked for, for any total transactions over £30. By sending us your game(s) you are agreeing that you are the sole legal owner, and know of no leagl reason why you can not trade the game(s) with Allack LTD. We recommend that all games are sent to us via record delivery, as we can not be held responsible for games lost via Third Parties delivery networks. Used games dispatched from Allack LTD have a warranty of 30 days starting from the date they are sent.

Governing Law and Contract Formation
No contract will subsist between you and Allack LTD for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Allack LTD accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Allack LTD sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail). For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Allack LTD irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
